ORDER PROCESS FOR STANDARD PRODUCTION
• You can email order details to our sales@aimhigh7.com address or you can place your order online. If ordering via email, please be sure to include item number, quantity, in-hands date, billing and shipping address (if you’re a new customer) and your artwork. We will need art in vector format for printing or we will need to have our graphics department convert it to vector format. Add 1 business day to your order timeline.Charges may apply. If so, you will be notified
• Once your order have been placed, someone will contact you regarding questions or clarifications. After we’re clear on what you need, we will compile your order with all charges and send you an order confirmation along with payment instructions. If you submitted your order and credit card information online, we will process the payment for you upon approval of the order confirmation.
• After receiving your payment confirmation, we’ll send your vector artwork (if we need to fix or create vector artwork -charges may apply- then you must approve said artwork prior to it being sent to factory) and order to factory whereafter a pre-production email art proof/layout will be sent to you for your approval. At this time, you may request any adjustments necessary including size, color, font, etc. Once all adjustments have been made, you will approve the art layout for production. If order is cancel at this point, you will be billed for any art charges incurred. ONCE order is produced it cannot be cancel.
• Any art changes requested at this point may incur additional charges as the artwork should have been finalized by you prior to us submitting the order.
• Upon final proof approval, your order will move to production and we will notify you with tracking once it ships.

• MOST RUSH PRODUCTION REQUIRES THAT YOUR ARTWORK BE 1 COLOR, 1 LOCATION. If your artwork has more colors than that we will help you tweak the artwork down to a single color without diminishing the integrity of the art. This is possible the majority of the time, but not always.
• RUSH PRODUCTION MAY STILL REQUIRE RUSH SHIPPING TO MEET YOUR IN-HANDS DATE. We will do what we can to find a viable substitution closer to you for shipping purposes, but this isn’t always possible.
• Once you have placed your order, someone will contact you with any questions or clarifications. Artwork
• Your art artwork will be kept on file. However, set up and reorder set up charges will apply from item to item.
• What kind of artwork can I send? And, what if I don’t have artwork?
• Don’t worry. Send us what you have. Our professional art team will work with what you have to create exactly what you need.
• Don’t have art? Just tell your Customer Service Rep what you’re thinking of, and we’ll create it for you. Art charges may apply.
• Do you keep my art on file?
• Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!
• Where do I send my artwork?
• Simply e-mail it to art@aimhigh7.com Please indicat order confirmation number in subject line. For large files 3MB use drop box, etc..
• Can I specify a PMS color for my imprint?
• Yes! Keep in mind however, that in some cases there is an additional charge for this service in order to get the specialized ink if an exact match is required. There are also a few products where, due to the limitations of the imprinting process, exact PMS matching isn’t possible. Our Customer Care Representative will help you with this. If you don’t require an exact match, but would like us to be ‘as close as possible’ – we’re happy to help. Just let us know which colors we should be working towards, or just let your representative know .
Shipping & Delivery
• How fast will I get my order?
• Production times are listed for each item on the site. This is the number of business days it takes to print your item with a single color imprint after you’ve approved your artwork. The number of days for delivery depends on the shipping method you choose. Unless indicated otherwise your order will ship UPS/Fedex ground. If you need an item faster than the production time shown plus shipping or if you have any questions contact us – we love a challenge and would be happy to help!
• Can I split my order and ship to multiple locations?
• Sure! Just let your Customer Service Representative know and they’ll be happy to assist. Additional charges may apply.
• Can I ship internationally?
• In many cases yes. It’s best to work with our Customer Service team on this as each case is a bit different. Please contact us!
• Can I ship on my own shipping account?
• Yes. Just let your Customer Service Representative know and they’ll be happy to help. Additional charges may apply.
Payment
• What type of payments do you accept?
• We accept checks (customers with established credit only) and all major credit cards. You can also request open account. If you choose this option, we will automatically check with D&B to see if an account can be open. If you’re not listed with D&B or the listing is incomplete we will send a credit application. Please allow extra time for this credit checking process. Your order can’t go into production until your account has been opened. Our terms are net 15 days. We also offer open account for most government and educational, institutions, Banks/Credit Unions, Hospitals. International customers please email sales@ aimhigh7promotions for available payment options.
• When do you charge my credit card? Do you require pre-payment?
• Yes, pre-payment is required if you are not an existing open account customer. we will process the payment for you upon approval of the order confirmation.
• Privacy
• Aimhigh7promotions, Inc. recognizes your concern about privacy and security on the internet. We want you to be able to place your order with us free of any worry.
General Ordering Information
• What if I receive more or less than I ordered?
• Typically in our industry, you’ll be charged only for what you received. We follow Industry standard +/- overage/underage. If exact quantity ordered is required please advise us when ordering.
• Can I cancel or change my order?
• You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. Charges may apply. Once items have been imprinted with your logo, we can no longer accept a cancellation. If you need to change your order for any reason, please contact your Customer Service Representative and they’ll be happy to assist you.
• What are set up charges?
• Some of the items we offer have ‘set-up’ charges (screen charges, die charges, embroidery disc, etc.). It is important to note these are NOT art charges. These are labor charges to create the screen, die or other necessary items to imprint your specific logo. Keep in mind that if you ever place an exact reorder for the same item you do not have to pay the set up charge again on some items!
• If I reorder an item will I pay set-up charges again?
• Yes-No! If you place an exact reorder (same art and item) you aren’t charged a set-up charge again on some items. Also, once we’ve done your logo in a digitized format for embroidery, we don’t charge you a new tape or digitizing charge for exact repeat on most items.
• Will I see a proof before my order goes into production?
• Yes! Unless it is an exact reorder, you always see an ‘e-proof’ of your item which must be approved by you before we proceed!
• Do you charge sales tax?
• Aimhigh7promtioms currently collects sales tax on orders shipped to all states that impose a sales tax, as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. If your organization is exempt in any of the states or jurisdictions where we collect sales tax, please supply your Customer Service Representative with the appropriate tax exemption or resale certificate. • Can I see a sample?
• Yes! We’re happy to send you a sample of an item(s) you’re considering. In most cases, samples costing less than $5.00 are FREE. All other samples are at 1st quantity pricing, plus shipping charges. Samples are in most cases yours to keep. Occasionally (for expensive items) we may ask you to return the item so we can keep our prices to you low. Our sample service is intended to help those who are seriously considering an item or are looking for ideas. We reserve the right to refuse to send samples at our discretion (although we don’t usually find the need to!).
• Can I order in quantities smaller or larger than those shown?
• Most of the time the minimum quantity shown is the required minimum, although we encourage you to call if your requirements mean you need fewer items so we can offer assistance if possible. If you need to order more than the quantities shown please call 561.469.1026 as additional discounts are available. Remember, you can order ‘in-between’ quantities – so you can order exactly how many you need and save money too! Some items, example: mugs may require full carton quantity ordering.
• Use of Trademarks
• If we use artwork you have supplied to imprint your product, you are warranting that you have unrestricted right and authority to use and distribute that artwork.
• Do you have licenses to print my College or University logo?
• In most cases no, if so it is for internal usages only.
• Guarantees
• What if I’m unhappy with my order?
• If you’re unhappy with your order because the product is defective or ‘not as promised’ or the imprint quality isn’t ‘spot on’ just contact your Customer Service Representative and we’ll work to make it right. We are in this for the long-haul and will work with you to be sure you’re 100% satisfied. Really!
